Support While You're at the Table

Questions mid-session happen. Here's how we handle them so you're not stuck waiting when a hand is in progress or a withdrawal needs checking.

Team online

Live Chat

Reach our support team through live chat directly from your account dashboard. Available for table disputes, session queries, and wallet verification during active poker sessions.

Account Wallet Help

If your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposit hasn't reflected before a session, our wallet support team can trace the transaction and confirm clearance status for your account.

Email Support

For detailed hand history requests or account-level queries that need documentation, email support handles these with a written record you can reference later.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play at Our Poker Tables

We keep our live poker rooms running on provider infrastructure that publishes its own certification and audit records. Here's what that means for your sessions at 18999.

Certified Providers

Evolution and Pragmatic Play both hold independent certifications for their live dealer studios. Their audit records are published by the providers and cover shuffle integrity and deal randomness.

HD Studio Streams

Every table streams from a physical studio with multiple camera angles. You see the cards dealt in real time — no animation, no RNG substitution for the live deal itself.

Hand History Access

Your account records every hand played. You can review bet amounts, outcomes, and timestamps from your session history at any time through the account dashboard.

Transparent RTP Display

Where Evolution or Pragmatic Play publish RTP for a poker variant, that figure appears on the table info panel. We do not display figures the provider has not verified and published.

18999 Inside Our Live Poker Lobby

Inside Our Live Poker Lobby

Our live poker section carries multiple table formats from Evolution and Pragmatic Play. Casino Hold'em puts you heads-up against the dealer with a community board — straightforward hand rankings, side bet options, and a live host calling the action. Three Card Poker runs faster rounds with a single three-card hand versus the dealer. Ultimate Texas Hold'em lets you raise pre-flop and on

the flop before the dealer reveals. Each table streams in HD with multi-angle camera views. RTP figures are shown where the provider publishes them directly on the table interface. Availability depends on your local law and eligible region.

Live Poker Glossary

New to live dealer poker or just want a quick refresher on the terms that come up at the table? These are the definitions players in Dhaka and across Bangladesh ask about most.

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play a five-card Texas Hold'em hand against the dealer rather than other players. You win if your hand ranks higher than the dealer's qualifying hand.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

The mandatory bet placed before cards are dealt. In Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker, the ante is your entry stake for each round before you see your hand.

What is a 'side bet' at a live poker table?

An optional additional wager placed alongside your main hand bet. Side bets pay on specific hand outcomes — like a flush or better — independent of whether you beat the dealer.

What does RTP mean for live poker?

Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of total bets a game returns over many rounds. Providers like Evolution publish this figure; we display it only where they have verified it.

What is 'qualifying hand' in dealer poker games?

The minimum hand strength the dealer must hold for the round to pay out on raises. In Casino Hold'em, the dealer must have a pair of fours or better to qualify.

What does 'fold' mean in Casino Hold'em?

Choosing not to continue after seeing your initial cards. Folding forfeits your ante bet and ends your participation in that round without a call or raise decision.
